CIRCUIT TRAINING STUDIO CLASSES
WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?
(classes paused due to Covid-19)
Classes are 30 min of "Circuit Training" with an instructor, followed by an optional 30 min on the cardio machines.
Every day is a complete total body workout, with a new program daily. We incorporate functional strength training and cardio in every class.
Classes are small group- max 7 people. This ensures we correct your form, customize difficulty, work around limitations, and make sure you're having a great time with us!
