Circuit 2- (2 rounds)

-Bench Press- 15-20

-single leg dead lift- 10 each leg

-side plank- 40 sec each side

-20 sec high knees, 20 sec jumping jacks

Circuit 3- (2 rounds)

-kb squat and upright row

-fire hydrant, scorpion kick- 10 each leg

-bulgarian split squat- 10 each leg

-bicycle crunches- 30 sec
