Steak Marinade

Did you know that most marinade contain lots of sugar and salt? Here is a summer marinade perfect for a nice steak. Just marinade, grill, and enjoy without all the added sugar!

Very healthy, delicious, and SUPER EASY!



1/4 cup apple cider viniger 1/4 cup liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute) 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp peprika Salt and pepper


Put steak (I like using a nice lean flank steak but any steak will do) in zip lock bag

Add all of the above ingredients

Zip the bag up and massage into the meat and make sure meat is coated with the marinade

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours)

Remove from bag and grill!
