If everyone is following these fitness and diet trends in 2019, should you? Not at all! Just giving you updates on what is trending in the fitness industry in 2019. Please also note, fad diets aren't our go-to option to lose weight. Stick to clean healthy foods that are packed with nutrients. This blog is not about what someone SHOULD DO for optimal health.

This is great news for Sweat City Fitness! Group training is making a comeback! Sweat City offers classes for all ages and levels including seniors! With our small group training, we offer 30-minute total body workout with some HIIT added in. Did bodyweight training ever really go out of style? We didn't think so! Bodyweight training is functional, easy, and accessible to everyone.
