  • Athletic/Technical Directors: Year-round programs available! Each of your teams train 1x/week, built into your current practice schedule. Designed to peak during tournament time. Your coaches can spend more time on skill training and not worry about designating practice time for speed/conditioning.

PRICING PER CLAS

Price ranges from $90-120 per hour session, depending on size of team/club, location, and length of program. Contact us for price quote.

OUR SPEED TRAINING PROGRAM

Acceleration

  • Running mechanics: proper knee drive, leg cycle, posture, and arm action

  • Stride lengthening, increased stride frequency

  • Resisted running, top-end speed development

Agility

  • Change of direction, lateral speed, cutting technique

  • Footwork, balance, flexibility

  • Reaction development and defensive technique

Strength and Explosiveness

  • Fast-twitch muscle fiber development: vertical jumping ability, plyometric rebound jumping, first-step explosiveness, quickness off the ground

  • Strength/Conditioning for lower body, upper body, and core

AT EACH SESSION WE WILL TRAIN ON

Functional Movement

  • Injury prevention, joint stability/mobility

  • Proper body alignment/posture, body control, landing mechanics

Footwork

  • Foot-speed, quick twitch enhancement

  • Balance, coordination, rhythm, proprioception, body-control

Education/Nutrition

  • Athletes receive an Athlete 101 Training Manual consisting of:

  • – Sports nutrition
    – How to treat injuries; when to ice vs heat
    – Understanding sprinting, agility, and jumping mechanics
    – Proper warm-up and cool down
    – At-home speed drills
    – Goal-setting worksheet
    – At-home quiz based on reading/video
