Total Body HIIT

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays-  8:30-9:00am

Tuesdays, Thursdays-  5:30-6:00pm

  • Upper/lower body strength, core/abs, and HIIT cardio for maximum Sweat!

  • No equipment needed, but weights/cords encouraged

 

Low Impact/Intensity Training (LIT)

Tuesdays, Thursdays-  12:00-12:30pm

  • A combo of functional strength, stretching, balance, and low-intensity cardio

  • Designed for those that want to improve their fitness level without feeling overwhelmed

  • Chair/wall useful for supported exercises

  • Positive, encouraging atmosphere- you can do it!

20 min targeted workouts

upper body blitz (20 min)

Mondays- 8:00-8:20am

  • Sculpt and tone those arms, chest, and back with a full upper body workout

  • Toned and tight arms, not bulky!

  • Weights or resistance cords required

 

Booty Blast (20 min)

Wednesdays- 8:00-8:20am

  • Let's toast those buns!  A 20 minute workout focused solely on glutes, hips, and legs.

  • Booty bands (loop bands) encouraged but not mandatory

 

Core/Abs burnout (20 min)

Fridays- 8:00-8:20am

  • Nothing but core and abs!  Come sculpt your six-packs with us every Friday morning!

"The Sweat City Low Impact Training (LIT) virtual class has been perfect for my wife and me. We are both in our early 60's with some physical limitations due to injuries, so the mix of low-impact stretching, strength and cardio exercises works well for us - and in the comfort of our own home.

"I was so pleased to find a virtual class that is on par with my current level of fitness training. I am recovering from a back injury that that required me to wear a back brace for 3 1/2 months.  Even though I have been somewhat limited in mobility I'm able to participate in the LIT class exercises.  I appreciate the opportunity to work at my own pace and limitations based on the regressions and modifications demonstrated.

 

I thoroughly enjoy the LIT classes as each one is always different. I am getting a solid workout and have fun at the same time. Having the option to watch when I want “on demand” provides me with more opportunities to try out other classes as I progress in my recovery. "I really enjoy Sweat City’s virtual classes. There is a good mix of cardio, weights and core exercises.  I also like that they give options to modify an exercise.  I like that the duration of each exercise is relatively short and that they count down and give encouragement. The classes are 30 minutes, so I can fit it into my daily schedule.  In addition, they also offer 20 minute targeted classes to focus on different areas.  I prefer to attend the live classes, but when I can’t, I like that all the classes are available on demand."

"I have been taking the low impact training class with Zac and Chris of Sweat City Fitness since it began online. I am very happy with the workouts because they are a perfect fit for my strength and abilities.  Each class offers a variety of exercises but all of them include cardio, weight training, core work and stretching.
