At Sweat City, our favorite word is “efficiency.” We know your time and your health are 2 of the most important things to you, so we’ve found the most efficient way to blast away that fat.


RESISTANCE/STRENGTH TRAINING 

  • Not only does strength training produce tight, lean muscles, but it also continues to burn body fat for a longer period of time than cardio does. Our total-body, functional strength circuit training approach will tone your body and reduce the occurrence of injuries.


HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO

  • Science has proven that short, intense bursts of cardio are far more efficient at burning fat than long, slow cardio like jogging. Pushing your body for 30 secs at high-intensity intervals puts your body into overdrive as it works to recover and continues to burn calories for hours after your workout is over.


NUTRITIONAL COACHING
 

  • No matter how hard your work out, it is scientifically impossible to lose weight if you are eating more calories than you are burning. We don’t believe in crash diets or eliminating food groups. Instead, we work with our clients to develop sustainable, realistic adjustments to their eating habits. Fat loss is not about short term fixes, it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle. And that’s exactly what you will learn in your 6 weeks with our nutrition coaches.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

  • 6 week program, 2-3x per week

  • 30 min strength circuit training followed by optional 30 min cardio machine workout

  • Semi-private training: 1-7 people per class

  • Nutritional coaching

  • Weekly weigh-ins and accountability coaching

  • Designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced!
