The infamous "D-word" nobody wants to hear! DIET! I personally hate using the word diet because usually, the word diet has a very negative connotation. Usually "dieting" or restricting yourself from specific foods can lead to weight fluctuation which brings a host of related side effected that can harm your physical health. We all know that eating junk food on a regular basis can lead to increased risk of obesity and chronic diseases so it's important to have healthy eating

How To Make Cardio More Enjoyable
Are you a believer that #CardioisHardio? Do you dread doing cardio at the gym? To no surprise, you are not alone. Even if you like cardio there are some days where you just don't want to do it! We all know that we should do cardio, we all know the benefits of cardio but there are days where the struggle is so real. Take it from me! HIIT Vs. Steady-State
Living in Los Angeles we have a few options of how we navigate our way home after work. Our number one goal is to get home faster. We Either add more miles to our trip to avoid traffic jams on the freeway or we take the shortest way home which is the most direct route even if it means we hit traffic which could mean more wear and tear on your car and burns more gas. Which is a more effective strategy...sitting in traffic on the freeway with less miles, or add more miles to
