Keto Bagel Bites
EVERYTHING BAGEL BITES-KETO STYLE
These bagel/rolls are super keto friendly this recipe makes 6 servings and there is almost no carbs in these!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup almond flour
5 tablespoons Psyllium Husk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 egg whites (not the boxed kind)
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons everything but the bagel seasoning mix (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven 350*
Mix all of the dry ingredients together (try to be as accurate as possible in measuring)
Add the vinegar, eggs, and boiling water and mix with a hand mixer until the dough has consistency as play dough. Don't over mix. (roughly mix for 30 seconds-1 minute)
Use ice cream scoop to form "rolls" and put on a GREASED cookie sheet
Sprinkle the everything but the bagel seasoning on top (optional)
Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on the size of the roll
Tips:
Try not to substitute ingredients
Make bigger rolls for hot dog or hamburger buns
Add other seasonings to the top (cinnamon, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc...)
I added a little cream cheese to mine as a tasty snack
Replace any of your bread for these!
