Peanut Butter PRO Cookie
During Christmas time I made these alternative cookie for a healthier option. The problem is having self control to just eat a few. These cookies require 4 ingredients to make the BEST competition prep cookie you will LOVE to eat and give out to all of your friends. This recipe makes around 12 cookies.

1 cup of your favorite creamy peanut butter
2/3 cups of coconut sugar
2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I used vanilla)
Preheat oven to 350* and line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. The consistency should look like a typical cookie dough. Some of the more natural nut butters may increase the liquid in your batter. If your batter is little more runny add more protein powder and if it’s too dry add more peanut butter.
Scoop out batter and role cookies
Flatten cookie by using fork and press down to create the classic criss-cross marks of a homemade peanut butter cookie.
let back for 10-12 minutes of until edges are brown.
